Really impressed with this young man. The quality of our new recruits speaks volumes for the new coaching staff, too. Keep them coming! We're on a very positive roll here.

Very reminiscent of the Murphy interview. I agree with the quality of the young men. They seem like great kids.
 
It looks like they are looking for overachievers that fit their "DNA" model. I think Diaco and staff have the experience to find, gulp, the "diamonds in the rough" and coach them up. I also think they'll get kids with visible talent mixed in.

Sounds like the previous staff engaged with him. Again, I think our recruiting was better than the on-field product showed.

Its been talked about here plenty, but there was a development issue. I too believe there were three decent recruiting years bringing big bodied potential. The way the players have developed thus far with the staff (as its been widely reported) is definitely encouraging and step number 1 in the right direction.
