Rocky, You are doing god's work. 
I did like the newbie interviews and the interviewer more than the established players. Some nice insights and feelings.
I was impressed with Aubtey in particular, She does not seem overwhelmed or experiencing hero worship. She has a nice quiet confidence that is very impressive to me.
