Along a similar line, while looking at yesterday's box scores I noticed the Joens' sisters combined for 49 points and it got me wondering wondering who was the best little sis (sorry twins you don't count for this one)?

The first I thought of were the Schimmel sisters' (Shoni & Jude).

So the question who is the best ever little sister, criteria is they must have played together (sorry KLS), bonus for when the younger sister was considered the better player (e.g. Leger-Walker's Krystal & Charlisse at Washington St.)

For younger sisters who played together, I'd take Karlie Samuelson in a heartbeat over Jude Schimmel. I know Katie Lou is younger than Karlie, but she didn't play w/ her sisters.

For sister teammate combos where the younger one was considered better, how about Giuliana Mendiola, younger sister of Gioconda?

Washington St. had 3 Molina sister. The oldest Chanelle was by far the best. I think the youngest, Cherilyn, ended up being better than middle sis Celena.

Of course there's the Mabrey clan at Notre Dame.

Marina>Dara>Michaela?

Soooo disappointed in all of you. Did you forget the only sisters to both go as #1 draft pick in the WNBA? One word. Ogwumike. Chiney was actually better in college, Nneka in the pro play. But I'd pit them against any other pair because they not only scored but they rebounded like crazy, not to mention defense and the occasional assist!

That's a pretty close call. Fr. thru Jr. year I'd probably give the edge to Nneka, but Chiney did have a monster Sr. year.

I think Chiney had a monster senior year mainly because she had to be the Stanford offense that year.

I'd say the sibling duos are as follows:

1. Pam and Paula McGee
2. Heidi and Heather Burge
3. The Ogwumikes
4. Dewanna Bonner and Erica McCall (They are technically sisters)
5. Ashley and Courtney Paris of Oklahoma
6. Coco and Kelly Miller
5. The Mabrey Sisters of Notre Dame
6. Bonnie and Karlie Samuelson
7. The Westbelds
8. The Schimmels
9. The Hulls
10. The Leger Walkers
11. The Wirth Twins
12. The Hayes Sisters
13. The Cavinder Twins

Where do the Duff's place on the list?

At the end of the first quarter the Troungs 5, Hulls 2.

And Gonzaga in the lead.

A long time later, still only 5-4. Really surprising how little scoring is coming from the 2 sets of twins.

Hulls 17 Truongs 12, Stanford wins by 4. Tree couldn't hit FTs to save their life, 8-18.
