The Ohio State/Connecticut college basketball game earned a 0.9 overnight rating on CBS Saturday afternoon, down 47% from North Carolina/Kentucky last year (1.7) and down 40% from Arizona/Michigan in 2013 (1.5). Later in the day, Cincinnati/Xavier scored a 0.5 on FOX; there was no comparable window last year or in 2013.
