Tulsa average 351 in conference game attendance. And we complain about our attendance.

always nice to triple a team, even if for only 3/4s....

Nice back door cut by KLS taking the pass from Ekmark. Completes the 3 point play 79-25

Yeah even before we got real good in the early 1990's we drew a hack of a lot more than that.

Ekmark has had a couple 3s that have just missed. Her shots look better than KLS's.

beat the spread, no one injured. Geno was saying how tough the schedule was to go down south on a Sat, return in the blizzard, and fly back down for a Wed. game. Both blow outs and not a lot of competition or challenge to improve. A necessary slog. Now, we alternate home and away until the big one on Feb 8. It's reasonable after that, and we end the season with a very nice home stand before "TBA".

Kara: KLS's shot is flat.
I wonder if the shot is the same inside the arc as it is outside. Seems more smooth inside whereas that little hop thing when she's shooting 3s is very noticeable.

is Stewie as dominant as the box score suggests? she seems to be far more aggressive the last couple of games....
She's really, really, really good. As in Olympic team good. ;)

I may be in the minority here but I'm not concerned about KLS shot or shooting. Many of us have been around this uconn program for a while and I believe that she is hitting these shots with regularity in practice otherwise GA would not let her have the green light in the games. She will be ok.

Katie Lou should have driven into the lane or taken a few steps toward the basket to take a shot. I don't think she missed a mid-range jumper. She seemed determined tonight to shoot threes. I've read where Geno wants her to keep shooting but, she plays so much better when she adds the other parts of her game.

Except for Stewie, all the other 3-pt UConn shooters (Lou, Kia, Sanyia, Courtney) all seem to shoot from their shoulder level, pushing their shot. The mystery to me is why all of them are such great 3-pt shooters in high school using the same form and can't repeat it at this level.

Coach said on his show tonight, "if Stewie is your best 3-point shooter, that's not a good sign, and right Stewie is our best 3-point shooter. Other guys have to start knocking down shots." He went on to say that teams that can't shoot 3s would be at a disadvantage against teams that could (read ND).

Well she is fourth on the team at this point in makes, so she isn't taking the most shots. Now the fact that she is hitting .440 is really good and 100 points above her career average - would you be happier if she were shooting her normal .340 and Moriah and Saniya Chong were leading the team at .415 and .417?
