I would agree with you 90% of the time this year but watching the Houston game last week in this same position Tulsa was bombing it. Might have been strategic to prevent the big play and get them back to what they've been trying to work all game without much success

Finding ways to bring pressure with 1-2 added to the line in different ways as opposed to rushing 3 every down

DBs have been getting picked apart at least partly because we hadn’t had a rush all year until last game

But it’s a chicken and egg thing; as the DBs become more familiar with their coverages, the less Crocker will feel the need to drop LBs into coverage

People forget all the teaching and coaching that goes on throughout the season. More time w these kids. More time coaching up the 335. Kids are learning it and getting more comfortable with it. We'd forgotten what actual coaches can do in season.
