That was the 8th time a team failed to surpass 40 points against us. None of the last 4 has gone past 40.

Rough night for Kia. It will pass. Natalie looked a little lost at times so I doubt she will get much playing time against USC, but she did make some aggressive moves to the basket to draw fouls. Morgan was rusty, as to be expected. I think over all they are in good shape for South Carolina.

I was surprised to hear that as I thought shoot around was just that, not full contact practice (?)

It depends. Sometimes contact is required to put in some game specific stuff at full speed.

I had an odd thought watching Nurse cutting and tearing at her wrist wrap, having some difficulty removing it. Where's Ragle? Shouldn't she be helping? Then it occurred to me that maybe Ragle didn't agree with her removing the wrap.
