Coaches should act like adults and honor the requests of anybody who wants to transfer, but they don't need to pretend to be happy about it. It's bad for the game and the whole self-empowerment model we teach kids these days is one I vouch for 100% but there are a lot of ways to construct that. [/QUOTE]
