Trivia: Ania had a well rounded game vs Tulane (18P-5R-5A-2B-2S).

Which player has the most games for UConn with at least 10P-5R-5A-2B-2S (thru 2000-01 to 2018-19)?

Ania had a well rounded game vs Tulane with 18 PTS, 5 REB, 5 AST, 2 BLK and 2 STL.

Of the 75 players who played for UConn between seasons 2000-01 and 2018-19 less than a fifth (13/75 = 17%) have achieved the milestone of at least 10 PTS + 5 REB + 5 AST + 2 BLK + 2 STL in a single game.

There are 5 players who have achieved this on more than 2 occasions. Who has the most such games?

Below are the other 8 players to achieve it during that period with the number of times they achieved each milestone individually.

I am puzzled. Why is there a poll? The chart shows three players accomplishing this are not listed in the poll. It does show Anna is special.

Clearly the poll is deciding between those players who must have achieved this statistic more than 2 times (the base level of the next group of 8) so it makes the poll interesting.

It also should be noted that Anna’s name as a freshman is appearing on the all time stats sheets for assists and threes in a game. Sure, she needs consistency, most freshmen do, but those who question her as a starter next year really need to rewatch the games. For whatever reason, I pegged Anna as the player to focus on, something I do every year, and this is why I can tell you “slow” Anna consistently prevented who ever she was guarding from scoring. That includes a game with six steals.

Correct. Each of the 5 in the poll have at least 4 such games.

I will post results after poll closes.

Polls are opinions. This is more a quiz bowl question.

We need to build a player. Let us take Anna’s best single performances in various categories
Points 24
Threes 8 (2 short of UConn record)
Assists 11 (2 short of UConn record)
Rebounds 11
Steals 6
Blocks 3

Were these against lesser opposition? Yes, just as 25 of Sabrina’s 26 triple doubles came against lesser opponents. Stanford tonight gave her the first against a top team.
