OT: Tricker or Treat (ers)

The horde has finaaly decended upon us. 22 in first 30 min! Given weather, I may run out of treats at this rate.

One advantage of being out in the boonies -- discounting our own grandkids, we've had 5 or 6 trick or treaters over the past 25 years or so. I'm not talking per year. I'm talking total.
There were a lot of kids in the neighborhood when I moved here in the late 60s. But the area has changed. There are kids here, but their parents seem to drive them up to the more populous sections of town or something.

Wow. While much is atributed to the weather, had only 36. And packed from 4:30 to 6:00. Down from 54 last year, and 96 from 5 years ago. And no 'artwork' in the last 2 years. Kids got other stuff to do??
