Any legitimate ranking has no business with UConn below Charlotte. Charlotte got smoked by FAU and then by FCS William & Mary (giving up more than 40). They are to this point the worst team in FBS.


Similarly the 1 point escape in OT by FIU against Bryant who's picked to be even worse than the CCSU team they insulted has no business being ahead of UConn either.
