I don't know about MoV for full tournament but I have tracked MoV in Final Four and MoV in Final Four plus Regionals. Stewie et al blew everyone (mostly other UConn teams of course!) away. Here are the top teams for MoV. MoV from sweet sixteen on is particularly impressive. Partly attributable to some of the better teams falling by the wayside, but still ...

The 2002 team that some regard as GOAT was 18.5 for Reg/F4 and 17.5 for F4

That UConn team could match up against any on offense, and was pretty good on defense too. For whatever reason, though, I think that most of UConn's best defensive teams were the more recent teams (from Maya onward). In general, the biggest blowouts happen when your offense is clicking and your defense renders the other team helpless for long periods.
