They were not just as successsful, and we'll never know how far SJU would have advanced.
Kansas, Kentucky, Auburn, Wisconsin. They weren't suddenly bubble teams.
Not sure what’s gotten into me this morning where I’m defending the B12 and B10, but ISU, Houston and Baylor were the top and undefeated. Purdue, Illinois and NW likewise. If you want to swap WI with NW bc of seeding, fine, but either way the top teams are holding their weight

Suddenly Colorado is moving the ball through Lampkin to complement their guys on the perimeter and it's working. They've figured something out and it's going to be a challenge for Shaka to keep their scoring down. Very fascinating to see how they deal with a team that just hit for 102 in regulation.
their offense is very hurleyesque.

I went to bed convinced the Jays were going to lose. Happy to see the W.

I played Marquette over 77 points, due to thinking they would turn Colorado over a bunch and both teams like to play fast paced. Liking the early threes from the eagles
Well, Colorado did just give up 100, including like 35 over the final 9 minutes, against Florida.

Marquette will win if they figure out how to attack Lampkin on defense. He can't guard Ighodaro out on the move, and they switched him onto Joplin there.

Does it look unusually empty at this Marquette game?

Kolek looks really good. I was worried he was done for the year, or would be really limited at best, but he has Marquette looking like they could give Houston a game.

Me too, I have to imagine he's in serious pain but it doesn't seem to be showing much.

Kolek still seems to be protecting his injury by not taking three-point shots.

Yeah, he sort of looks like he’s just toying with Colorado so far.

Interesting, he definitely looked uncomfortable with it at the end of the clock and then shoveled it to Jones who nailed one.

Marquette is operating at a high rate on offense, BUT... now that they are out of the BE, they are not nearly as aggressive on D as they are usually.

I'm sure they'll turn it up second half when they're sure they are not in foul trouble.

Marquette needs to be careful. Colorado can score. Would really like to see a double digit 1/2 time lead considering how sharp they look.

The problem with this game for Colorado is that both teams have picked up right where they left off the other night, but while for Marquette that means "dominating both ends," for Colorado that means "allowing a 100 point pace."
