Donald should have had another half+ season of stats but Edsall held onto TC too long.

Brown was ridiculous at Rutgers after Caulley got hurt. Terry was productive and I love the guy, but Brown was clearly the better back and Edsall didn't play him.

No mention of Eddie George of Ohio State means the list lacks credibility.

Looking at some of the names on that list.....it's hard for me to believe that DB is not one of the 50 best RB's of the last 15 years or so.

He may have been when judging talent and/or single season success. But prior to his Jr year his production was good, not great. Not top 50 of BCS era anyway. 55% of his career production was his Jr year. Most of those names had at least 2 stellar seasons with their teams.

DB always gets under rated. A 2000 yard season is a rare thing. Only 18 RBs in the history of NCAA Division I (A/FBS) have done it. You could argue that it was about the system and style of offense but if it was purely about the system Navy and Nebraska would produce these guys all the time.

I would argue that the "system" made his 2,000 yard season even more impressive considering he was the only player opposing teams had to defend. And they still could not stop him.
