We still have Aubrey in our thoughts but the new normal is having to make adjustments quickly and to keep going no matter what obstacles are in our path. We have seemed lately to have at least one player have a truly great game, with our last game belonging to Nika. Love that pull up J! Here are my top 3:

1) Q 'n Ice, Q 'n Ice, Q 'n Ice- Q take good shots with your feet set, slash and run. Ice just get us boards, play D and hit that baby turnaround.

2) Defense to lock down from the opening tip. No open 3s, double when you can, box out and look for deflections.

3) Run, baby, run, and pass, baby, pass while you are doing it.

What are yours?

1. hopefully a game that Paige and AE can sit out the 4th quarter because of a large margin of victory.
2. Q and Ice with over 20 min. of game time each with Q rediscovering her 3-point making ability and Ice to score under the basket with good rebounding stats.
3. Play hard, play smart and have fun!

First and foremost. Make our first FG attempt, make our first 3PT attempt, and make our first FT attempt. Rebound our first miss. Rebound their first miss.

Last but not least, no injuries.

1. Ice gets to 10 points for the first time
2. Win battle of the boards
3. Assist on 75% of our baskets.

1. Develop some chemistry with a bigger line up. AE and Ice on the floor with three other starters
2. Nothing else to say. This team is great against small line ups but they need to prepare for the big teams
3. Geno smile

No more injuries is a given. I'd just like to see a continuation of these things:

1. Smothering defense and fast break points off of TOs.
2. Freshmen lighting it up.
3. Team chemistry with mixing and matching.

1. 20+ points each from Muhl, Shade and Arnold
2 <30 minutes for Bueckers and Edwards
3. Continued improvement from Brady

1. Nika gets a triple double.
2. Ash continues to shine.
3. No one gets hurt.
If I am not mistaken, the last triple double in UCONN women's basketball was Gabby Williams. I'm sure someone can confirm this or not. Points and assists are doable for her. but remember she is a Point Shooting guard now and doesn't have the ball as much as last year. Rebounds will take an exceptional game as she did previously. I don't put anything past her though, not the way she made herself an accurate 3 point shooter. By the way, what's with the perfect pull up jumper? Just a different player out there.

1. MORE ICE, please... Providence gets the cold shoulder ( no foul intended! )
2. Paige and Aaliyah get some 'Stats' and then sit down for the other 7 players to shine.
3. as mentioned by someone else, above, I would like to see Aaliyah and ICE on the floor together =
"practice" may not make perfect... but multiple "reps" in real time cannot hurt!

I just want to see Ice have her “breakout” game… whatever that looks like. I think we’ll know it when we see it!

1-Q/Ice 16 points combined
2- Shooting 40% on 3’s, 85 FT, 55 % FG.
3-PB/AE 40 points, 15 boards.

In addition to the usual of a win and no injuries/illnesses:

1. Double-doubles for Liya, Paige, and Ice. A triple-double for Nika.

2. We outshoot Providence by 40 percentage points.

3. KK and Ash combine for 30+ points.

1.I would like to see Geno develope an eighth player for some rotation minutes Providence would be a good team to use for a start towards thar end,

2. 75 points from the starters.

3. 20 points from the bench.

It looks like it will be 7 but if it is 8 it will be Ines.
