1. Keep turnovers down, ideally to 10 or fewer.

2. Win the battle of the boards, preferably by 10+.

3. Shoot well--make 80% of the layups and free throws and 50% of the threes.

Let's fully turn the corner and play hard and smart for 40 minutes! Go Huskies!

Get the ball into ONO in scoring position.
Get the ball into Dorka in scoring position.
Get the ball into AE in scoring position.

Just really hoping to see a great game. My wife and I were at the Seton Hall game (at Seton Hall) and have tickets for the regionals with an old buddy and his wife from my grad school days at UCONN and willl be part of the raucus UCONN fans base at XL tomorrow night! No need for a close game (ACTUALLY PREFER A BLOWOUT) just want to see beautiful basketball (i.e. UCONN basketball).

1. no injuries
2 lots of scoring by our UConn players
3. a very big win with Amari and Piath playing10 minutes.

I've had a tough few days.

All I want to see is Nika doing her running through the wall thing. Actually, I'd be okay with Dorka or Aaliyah running through a wall.

To be clear, I want to see someone go all Nika, and stop short of going all Juwan Howard.

Hoping tomorrow nights game is the medicine you need Bigboote ! Here's a little teaser to hold you over

I hope that a strong Huskies showing in all facets of the game is just the tonic you need BB. :D:D

1 Keep building to that 40 minute perfect game
2 Win big beginning in the FIRST quarter
3 11 players in uniform and available (no Paige doesn't actually have to get in but I wish she could). I love the message it would send ;)

Of course all this implies no one is sick, injured, cranky, or whatever before, after, or during the game.
There is NO way that Geno will allow Paige to suit up until she is ready to play. Geno's arrzz would be so sore by halftime from Paige's constant slapping and pawing throughout the half. ;)

1) fast start
2) extended minutes for Piath and Amari
3) 30+ margin of victory

Last Marquette game's Q4 intensity in Q1.

Nika keeping her 3-point mojo.

Another 7+ minute game for the baby bigs.
As much as I’d like to see Amari and Piath get playing time at the end of the game I would rather see them involved during non-blowouts to give the other Bigs a rest.In addition to garbage time I would like to see them get time against better competition than the other teams end of the bench. There may come a time when this experience will be needed such as illness , injuries or foul trouble. Experience against better players would only pay dividends if the need arises. Obviously the extent of that time would be dependent on how well they do.

1. Fewer turnovers, ideally below 2 per quarter.
2. A good, strong game from AE.
3. More 3's from Mosquito (yes, that's what I call Nika--an annoying, flying, biting insect)

1. A good start
2. Intensity kept up for all 4 quarters
3. Nika, Azzi, Caroline on the court together for most of the game.

1. Nika scoring 6-12 points on up to 7 shots. Same as last game. It will help free up other players to score.
2. ONO to return to pre-injury level of play.
3. Edwards play consistently at or above what she showed as a freshman.

I usually give team goals, but sometimes if the individuals play to a certain level everything else takes care of itself.

1. Williams consistently make 3-pointers
2. Fudd consistently make 3-pointers
3. DeBerry get her nasty on and spend time low in the post getting rebounds and blocking shots

No injuries.
Reduce turnovers.
World peace.

Two out of three ain't bad.... ;)
