I see both strategies here being more dependent on the opponent, because of Liv's strengths and weaknesses. Against players about her weight and a couple of inches smaller she can dominate inside and we can milk that for all we can. Against a wide body close to her size, her effectiveness inside seems to fall off a cliff, making the high post option much better IMO.We need ONO at the hi-post so the offense can run smoothly .. at the hi-post she can open up the driving lanes, pass to cutters and hit the foul line jumper.
When she played low, the offense stagnated against TN but opened up dramatically vs Depaul and St Johns when she played high, eh?
Love your post, want to give it a thousand likes. But I need to point out a slight mistake, you misspelled a word. It's the one after the word holy!

At least if she is at the top of the key she doesn't have the ball taken away as much. It matters on the competition and how she is played.Keep ONO in the paint as much as possible (on both ends). She shouldnt be at the top of the key with the ball in her hands!
your grade for this post A+.I see both strategies here being more dependent on the opponent, because of Liv's strengths and weaknesses.
