Top 3 Things You Want To See Against Xavier Tomorrow

With Nika's return to the starting lineup and a new found energy and intensity, these are my top 3 things against Xavier:

1) More of the same from Nika, proving that you can substantially impact a game without scoring a single point and that Geno still knows what he is doing;

2) Evina, Liv, and CW to play even more confidently, without hesitation and with a sense of urgency;

3) CD to throw in 20, no biggie for her anymore, and what a pleasure to watch!!

1- Nika continuing to start to give us energy from the beginning
2- Azzi getting some PT so she is ready for Oregon
3- EW showing a renewed enthusiasm and sound play off the bench

Now that we have at least a 7 man rotation and didn't Geno do a great job of getting each of the 7 players a bit of rest.
1. An all-out intensity level from all players
2. Everyone got their three-pointers up last game. We need to continue to shoot them. Hopefully, someone will shoot better than 35%. My two candidates are Evina and Carolyn.
3. The bigs dominate the paint and have good entry passes so they can take their movement in a continuation to the hoop.

1). That same line up with the emphasis on pushing the tempo (Thank you, Nika)
2). That balanced scoring. 4 & 5 options on the floor? Lethal!
3). Defensive intensity. Lock Xavier players down! Do not let a Xavier get 2nd chance shots. 1 and done.

I think Azzi was just only getting work on the treadmill this week. Haven't heard anything about her actually practicing with the team yet, so wouldn't be surprised if shes still out for another week or 2.

2. Amari > 33.3% from beyond the arc; Caroline & E > 40% from beyond the arc;
3. Nika's aggressive actions causes the rest of the team to be equally aggressive in their own (best) way, without fouling much [still will foul, but two or fewer called fouls would be nice in 20+ minutes].
