After the thriller in the chiller, my top 3 things for Sunday are:

1) Azzi getting more time and knocking down jump shots off the dribble and driving to the basket too;

2) Turnovers cut from 20 to 10 or below;

3) CD, CW, Nika, Dorka and Liv playing with fire and intensity on both ends of the court from the opening tip.

1) Finding our cutters better. Caroline could have had 30+ if we found her when she was open.
2) Aaliyah Double Double
3) Piath and DeBerry get some minutes.

and of course clear skies after the storm

1. Tha the game gets played, despite the snow storm!
I believe we need 25 games as a condition to
having a ticket to the Big Dance. (correct?)
2. The enhanced "flow" of the offense develops as Geno integrate his
new corps of healthy players.
3. That Evina and Aaliyah have solid games with
Amari and Paith getting some playing time. GO HUSKIES!

1. If they press our guards we should have someone set a pick to give them some space. The pressure worked well for Depaul and I am sure other coaches picked up on it. Well coached teams such as Depaul no our offense and they were stopping our firs and second pass in our offense they knew it was coming. More options
2. Out of bounds play on inbounds and press need adjustments such as guards running off picks.
3. Shoot over 40% on threes

1. Azzi scores 20+.

2. Liv gets a double-double.

3. Christyn dominates.

4. The game is played, despite the possible blizzard. Edit: Note the new time and venue.

1. Fewer turnovers, they're making it that much more difficult to win games and stop opposing runs.
2. Offense with a purpose. People moving on offense and the guards looking to take advantage instead of aimlessly dribbling at the top of the key (or worse getting double teamed in a corner)
3. Making the easy shots (helps with score and rewards passer with an assist)

Must have been in the same grammar school as MilfordHusky. Good 4 however.

1. We play an up-tempo game
2. Dominate the boards, even against a good-sized Providence team.
3. Play a three guard, one hybrid plus center offense.

Don't push the players too hard on minutes because they have 3 games this week.
They don't need to win by a blow out.

I hope the roof at Alunmi Hall isn't leaking and doesn't collapse like the Civic Center roof did.

Have a safe ride home.
