Out of curiosity, as you paged through the list, at what number did figure that we didn't make it? Did you go through the whole list?

Funky list that puts us ahead of Notre Dame and Michigan. I wish the realignment decision makers saw it this way.

I was extremely skeptical when I saw # 19 (are you serious!) but pleasantly and very surprised when I got to the top 10.
I'd give more weight to programs like Stanford who are very good in more sports every year.

.-.
#7. For Time Warner to put us at #7 is HUGE. Hello, Big Ten.

I don't see the Big Ten leaving New England out. Makes zero sense. Why else would they place an office in NYC? Enjoy the Hockey East while you can.

I've been trying to sell that concept today to Rutgers. It's not going over well.

Love the pitching Louisville fans. Uhhhh we will gladly swap the 7th spot on this pointless list for your spot in the ACC if it means that much to you.

We have a MUCH larger fanbase. ;)

So Time Warner, who, I think, is the largest cable provider in NYC, thinks we are the 7th most dominant college sports program. The B1G is hunting for TV sets and cable providers in the northeast so as to put the B1GNetwork on basic cable.

Hmmmm....

Susie, start spamming Delaney's inbox.

Does anyone know who was quoted for #7 University of Connecticut? I don't like the last line.
"UConn athletics are some of the best in the country. Coming off our national championships in basketball and field hockey, we are definitely contenders in any sport. Except football...... but you can't win em all!"

You may want to rephrase that last line...actually, nevermind!

#13 UCLA on the first link, I presume. FSU is looking good.

Isn't Business Insider a Bleacher Report type site? Pretty much irrelevant?

They should do another list - the 20 most dominant cheerleading squads. They could have used some of the same photos.
