Michigan is stomping the mysterious Boilermakers, and WVU is giving ISU a very rough evening so far.

Michigan (Kim Barnes-Arico's team) beat #22 Purdue by 65-49. Rutgers will have company as it disappears from the Top 25.

West Virginia up by 15 on Iowa State early in the second half -- WVU is on the road. WVU should be ranked next week.

West Virginia closes out Iowa State in Ames, 73-59. They will be ranked next week, replacing either Rutgers or Purdue. Iowa State was ranked #13 before tonight -- will probably drop 5 or 6 places with this home loss to an unranked team.

There's reasonable parity among teams below the top few. The question is, does anyone notice, especially those unhappy when a team dominates like UConn this year?

True and likely, but I felt like WVU could have already been ranked this season. They looked pretty solid in the game I saw them and we know how they play!

In two other games of some interest, future AAC team East Caroline got a road win against another future AAC team Tulane to go to 14-2. And until recently undefeated Indiana picked up loss number 2 at Wisconsin. The Hoosiers play a makeup game at PSU on Friday, and they may now have a challenge to finish 8-8 in the B1G.
