Try signing in and it will ask for your providers name, pick Charter and log in...

ESPN3 is an online only distribution that is free to most but not all internet providers - you need your internet provider name and password to sign up and then you get all their streaming. Charter subscribers should get this without a problem, though they do have some black-out areas for live streaming (you can always get the archived video once it is posted.
