Geez... were you drinking when you were doing your thinking Dooley? 17 practices in, second scrimmage and you think they were prepping for Temple? More likely the scoreboard operator was in pre-season training as well.

Don't you know? I always do my best thinking when I drink.

Best thing I read was the last line from Des' article. By the end of the game the OLine was opening up holes for the RB's. Yes, I know it was against the second team defense, but it tells me the conditioning of the line has gotten better. Wear down the defense and make it hurt in the 4th.

When asked after practice if Newsome who doing a lot of work between the tackles, was earning his way to the No.2 position behind fellow sophomore Ron Johnson, head coach Bob Diaco said he considers Newsome a starter.

Does that mean Ron Johnson is the starting running back, Arkeel is the key starter, Max is the starting back-up, and Josh is the 4th starter?
