Bacon and beer, now to see a men's basketball game against a top team in Kansas, students have to sit through a whole women's game, CU vs Iowa.
Don't really like this trend. Can't see how this is going to increase fans or revenue, frankly. Shows how blessed we are to be Husky fans. Still, I think CU is setting themselves up for trouble if you have a house full of college students at a game that do not want to be there Those that are there are probably going be talking to their friends or on their mobile devices, hardly paying attention to the game.
Don't care how good CU is, message is IMHO, we don't have to get better when we can just force people to come. It is disrespectful to true fans and I would think it would be an insult to the players.
