I feel that tonight marks a fork in the road for the 2014 huskies. Down one path resurgence, glory. The other path is winding and treacherous.
I know there are those among us here who believe that the mojo stores are finite and should be used sparingly. You wish to stoke the fires only in March. I respect that, I do.
I believe the mojo is infinite and the gods are kind to those who honor their ways.
Tonight I ask we meet in the middle. You need not summon the profit muppet. You need not rekindle Mr. Sheen or denounce the failure of the animal house experiment.
But I ask you, please, to honor the mojo this evening in a small but reverent way. I feel it in my bones. The gods are ready to favor us. Let us remind them why they do.
