I don't get the Baylock love, he was a complete in the 1980's as baseball coach (no or very limited scholarships back then), he would cut guys with difficult majors (engineering and pharmacy come to mind) because he didn't think they'd be able to balance academics and athletics. That's not a coach's decision, it's up to the player to handle both. Some could, some couldn't, but he took that choice away from them. Actually, now that I'm typing this, maybe is was visionary, that's what college athletics has become....
