TJ proved he is very good with the offense.

He actually didn't. They lit up Rutgers and Memphis. He was also the offensive coordinator for Towson, Michigan, Maryland and Buffalo. And running the show for USF, SMU, Louisville, Cincinnati and UCF.

Good and medicore teams did nada. Couple of bad teams at home. Lit up. Rutgers is statistically the second worst passing defense in the country. Memphis is... well Memphis and looked about as interested in playing as the 2012 Red Sox.
