It's past time that we take our case to the public and if need be the courts. It's unbelievably unfair what is happening to us and I'm confident that if the public knew exactly what was going on they would side with us. Time to put some pressure on the corrupt NCAA, I don't like Susan Herbst statements on the issue, sure it's unfair to penalize current players for the mistakes of past players but it needs to be reinforced over and over that you just don't out of the blue change the rules, UConn was already penalized and docked scholarships, it's absurd for the NCAA to get together and just decide they will penalize us a second time and more harshly. It would be as if a guy is serving a 2 year sentence and 6 months before his release it's decided he should have to serve another 5 years.

I would make a personal lawsuit against Walter Harrison. Sue him for all he's worth. Bankrupt him. Destroy his life completely and turn it upside down. He lied to us and every other school about having a "chance to adjust." Every penny that UConn will lose due to the tournament ban should be paid for out of his pocket. There is no way many of the schools vote for this rule change if they knew that there would be no "chance to adjust" like he promised.

Seriously. Sue an individual in charge and make it known that he is not protected. He can make whatever decision he wants behind the security blanket of the NCAA. But once he realizes that the security blanket isn't bulletproof, he'll be on the phone with the committee within 5 minutes of receiving his papers asking them to reconvene on the UConn appeal. I guarantee it.
