Ticket Office Question

If I call the UConn ticket office to order tickets for the game on Friday will they shaft me for the same fees that ordering online will? I'd really like to not pay $11 extra in ticket fees if possible.

I went to a pre season men's bball game at XL. Bought my tickets at XL box office and there was no service charge. I do not know if that is always the situation though.

Thanks for the response, I decided not to risk waiting in line at the box office and bought online since I'll be arriving close to game time.
