THREE THINGS: Three Areas of Improvement Following Loss to Virginia

Maybe this will help before Sunday! LOL!

Seriously, I am interested to see what corrections are made and implemented on Defense. From putting pressure on the QB to covering receivers. Like it was said we are dead last in the country in pass defense and the closest team is 35ypg less. Wowsa!

ECU is the weakest team remaining on the schedule yet they present a match up problem (#34 passing offense vs. worst passing defense). We will need a big day from the offense and specials to pull this one out. I don't think we will see an effective difference in the 3-3-5 defense until sometime during the second half of the season.....or early next season. Some major drubbings to be had between now and then, but we will get there this time!

No pass rush. Watch the video. Zero pass rush. Blitzes easily picked up. Communication is a problem but even when they do communicate, the QB sits in a rocking chair waiting for guys to come open.

Nose tackle needs to show up like a senior beast nose tackle.

Hasn't happened yet this season.
