Good that they got the recognition, bad that they will divide the vote. Looks like Chiney or Odyssey. However, that other thing, how do you call it? Oh yeah, the NC. That one is looking good. ( I don't think you get a gold ring for the Naismith, do you?)

An outstanding list really. Includes three(3) of the original Four To Know. (Excluding an injured KML). I would like to hope that at least 1 UConn player will be a Finalist.

Pretty non-controversial list, and 8/10 are seniors. Next year's WCBB landscape will miss a lot of familiar faces.

I suspect it will come down to three - Sims, CO and Stewart for all the POY awards and I wouldn't be surprised to see them get split amongst all three. And Stewart might actually benefit from a split between the seniors.

There is always something to he said for being the best player on the best team. If Stewie were to win any NPOY award this season, that would be the driving rationale.

McBride and Stef may have been under the radar coming in as frosh, but the other seniors have been high profile players for 4 years. That was a really good class.

It's interesting that there are no juniors--Kaleena and Williams are probably still the best.

I expect 3 Huskies among the final 10 next year too.

Agreed Milford. Looking back on the juniors' HS rankings (http://espn.go.com/high-school/girls-basketball/recruiting/rankings/_/class/2011) you've got KML and EWilliams, and to an extent Massengale, and then a lot of players who are good in college, but few superstars. There are some diamonds in the rock (Harrison for UT, Boyd for Cal), but very few superstars.
