Mystic Oysters has a small place on 15 Holmes St. Heading east, left at the flagpole on the river side. Locally grown and harvested. Noank location for take home and shuck. For lunch, the best value family dining maybe McQuades Market. it is on top of the hill behind Starbucks near the aquarium. indoor and some outdoor seating. Quality store. IMHO, the best bagels in the area too.

Went to Oyster Club tonight. Totally different food/drink vibe from most places I know of in CT; very very in line with interesting foodie type stuff I got used to in SD. Interesting craft cocktails. Had some white fish kielbasa for example that was very interesting and good. But the highlight was JC coming in as we were finishing up. I threw him a “hey coach”
