Can anyone tell me what goes on? Just lunch being served? I assume players can't be there with a game coming up. Do any coaches show up? Past players? Do they show videos of the team?

It's lunch and in past has included the band and cheer squad. Then, Geno generally speaks to the crowd for a few minutes, which is always entertaining.
