Diaco is very comfortable not trying to win. It's okay to lose if you're getting better. Wining is not important to him. It's all about posture and presentation. Not about winning.

He is coming to understand that winning is important. But since he has never focused on it, he doesn't know how.
 
He already knew winning is important. He just has no clue how to do a damn football game. I can't believe we even hired this lug nut.
 
Yup. I accepted the full practice season of 2014 (and paid full price for season tickets) under the premise that we would see improvement in 2015 and 2016. We did get some progress last year but this year, a year older and supposedly better "Diaco players" in house, has gone completely backwards. We can't have 2 complete throw-away seasons in the G5. He has to go.
