I've been saying since he was hired that one of his biggest strengths was his locker room cultivation. So glad that facet of him is being shared so openly by the players

He’s really good at that part of the job and creating a sense of family in the program. Part of that is just who he is, as a person, but a lot of it comes from his time at St. Benedict’s and what he learned there. It’s a really unique school with some great leaders and kids. What they accomplish there and the way they go about it, with focus on respect, loving support, and achievable high standards makes it a really special place.
