I find myself wondering whether would AH be the same guy, if came to Storrs? I'm inclined to think not, though I don't really have a good basis for that. If correct, then his story becomes even sadder.

I wonder if he wouldn't have been a different guy if the senior Hernandez was still with us.

One guess would be that AH was just going to pay him off and keep him quiet...but with this latest incident the price to keep him quiet just went up significantly.
or the guy still wasn't getting his money like AH promised (in this scenario) so he said alright looks like it's time to sue cuz I ain't gettin jack

Does anyone else find it weird there is next to no talk of the other 2 men who made up the foursome before it became a threesome. I have not seen one article saying their names and if they are getting the same treatment as AH. That would lead me to believe AH has more to worry about than obstruction of justice.

Wait a minute, there's an orgy involved here? This is truly a ducked up case.

And in answer to your question...nobody (the media) cares about the other two guys. They don't sell.

No... But they maybe "selling" their info/intel to Police. I think that's Sportsart's point.

In my opinion if the police had any inkling that the other guys pulled the trigger they'd be all over them and the media would be discussing it.

I am not saying AH pulled the trigger but it appears he is the only one being bothered with.

? I may be dumb today, as I had a relatives raucous birthday last night, but I don't understand. The media is giving intel to the police? Are the police that bad at there jobs? Or the other 2 are selling info. I would think AH would cop a plea before any of the other dudes do.

We only hear about AH, because that is the popular story imo. You think the police are going to share intimate details of an on going murder investigation?

The fact that we DON'T hear about the other guys implies to me that there is more dirt on them. They are simply pasting AH to the wall. Right now, all there seems to be is obstruction of justice for AH.

Somebody pulled the trigger, and we've no clue who it is. Pretending we know is fruitless at best and harmful at worst.

Don't assume that he would have been fine at UConn. Maybe so. But also maybe a lot closer to the kids that he probably needed to get away from. Florida wasn't far enough apparently.

I won't blame his environment at Florida and I won't speculate if the environment at Storrs would have been more beneficial.

I will say this. Every time you move or leave you take yourself with you. You can't move away from yourself.

Nope, you're not dumb and another good point earlier regarding the treatment up to now. Getting tougher to prosecute anybody for shooting anybody in Fl nowadays anyway might be part of it but usually it's the money.

We will never know. But I think that there is a good chance that being the younger brother of a team leader like DJ might have helped him grow up some.

Given previous actions, this is highly likely. No wonder his attorney is present with him 24/7. He's babysitting.
