The energy and toughness this group of freshman bring is exactly what was lacking the past few years, although there was a ton of talent, and very successful seasons. The getting on the ground for loose balls, diving after balls going out of bounds, ripping ball from opponents hands, winning 50/50 balls, and following up shots aggressively for rebounds were a trademark of what Geno refers to as "UConn Basketball". It's back, baby!
