Everything about this year sucks, can we pretend this season never actually happened? I guess this is some karmic screw job from when Kyle Fogg missed that three against us in the Elite 8.

We have nobody left....it's bad....hardly an actual basketball team right now.

Can ESPN have some mercy and take this game off the air.....show arm wrestling....anything else please!

Taping the second half. As with most of us I LOVE UConn basketball and this is the worst I've ever seen. Truly unwatchable. Nobody had a good first half. NO ONE. I can't wait to see VJ catch the ball on the perimeter and give a useless head fake again. I say keep dumping it low . I'd rather watch Brimah miss from 2 feet than Purvis form 22 feet.
 
This is amazing, I actually just got home and was annoyed I missed the whole 1st half... I turn the TV on, hear Ravech ask "if you're Kevin Ollie what do you say to your team?" And I'm like uhhh ohhhh haha

At work. Just remembered about the game. Brought up the box score... see 44-18 16 minutes to go.... jaw hit the floor.

Thank you for posting that. There were several times over the years that same question was asked. I remember that game clearly. However, what a comeback.
 
It is 1986 again. Greg Economou is playing, Gamble and cliff suspended. Fast forward, decimated by injuries, here we are.

Circle the wagons and win the tourney at XL come March.

.... The UMass game was my daughter's first at XL.... she came along to keep me company, was bored through the first half, wanted to leave. After the second half she was a fan for life.
 
Agree with the UMass games of the 90s. Wasn't one of those a -40 point 1H?? and UC may have actually won the game?
 
Funny about so many folks bringing up that UMass game. That team reminds me of this team.
