I am currently a seasoned dairy apprentice on a 75 cow organic grazing dairy. I also have experience on a 300+ cow conventional dairy. I have gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of dairy farming from animal health and nutrition to equipment operation to the business side of the dairy industry. I am more fluent in organic treatments and practices than conventional but I learn quick and I am very astute to details. I have a degree in Sustainable Farm and Ranch Management and I have also acquired my AI certification.

My bonus daughter works at Mohegan Sun. She got an employee of the week award recently and Jen was the presenter. Sarah was way more excited about meeting Jen than about the actual award.
