11 points, 2 rebounds, 9 blocks.

Olander didn't contribute any numbers.

In that case, should Faceys numbers be included?

Olander, Amida and Nolan played a combined 39 minutes at center. I believe Facey came in at PF.

Instead of playing olander, give those minutes to facey. Even if he is playing out of position.

Technique. Once Brimah learns how to position himself to rebound, he will be a monster.

Brimah just needs to go up and get it. I saw him wait for rebounds to come to him a couple times and lose out. He's used to playing with high school kids. I think he'll get it. Olander is useless.

just want to point out that Nolan only played 13 minutes. Majority of second half down the stretch was brimah(24 min). So, when your center the majority of the time doesn't know the proper technique of attacking the glass and boxing out, what do you expect? Definitely not endorsing Nolan as a rebounder yet by any means, but it will come.

I think Nolan's instincts for rebounding are better than Brimah's. But man does Brimah have an instinct for weak side blocking.

I'd rather have o points with double digit rebounds with this group. At least for the next few games.

Useless? He literally just hit what would end up as a game-winning 3 pointer four days ago.
But what have you done for me lately?

this is going to be an an ongoing issue with this team, I suspect. Olander is experienced but only really a limited player. the other two are really learning the game, still. There will be nights when they get out rebounded badly and some where they hold their own. Just hope that the balance moves toward holding their own as the season progresses.

Oh and to be completely accurate, Olander not only hit the key 3-ponter, he grabbed the final rebound to secure the win...but he is useless otherwise.

Yes...because he's shown he can hit that shot all the time... Forget having Calhoun and Giffey take those shots... we'll just have Olander take threes now... maybe if he was down low getting rebounds and doing the dirty work instead of taking threes the final score might not have been so close? Olander's stellar three point shooting aside... I was talking about rebounding. Where he really is useless.
