The team you want to see UConn face in the tournament

I like to be careful on what I wish for and like the anyone, anywhere, anytime mantra. Having said that if we have to see Arkansas again it would be most welcome to myself. I realize all teams develop over the season but I highly doubt they could drop 90 points on the defense that has developed here. With the stops and starts for UConn early Ark had 17 games under their belt to our 10.
Times have changed Geno has found the right buttons to push for CW & Ono, AE is better every game along with Nika who has become "Geno's slime". Some bench players getting it done. Maybe in the final 8 as I do not see them in the final four.
My first thought was similar to what UcMiami posted but he / she got on it early.

In no particular order
  1. Tennessee
  2. Arkansas
  3. South Carolina
  4. aTm
  5. NCState
  6. Stanford
Because we play in such a weak conference. Tennessee and SC because they both feel like they should have beat us. Arkansas because the did beat us. aTm because they are the best in the SEC. NCState because they are the best in the ACC and Stanford Because they are the best in the PAC12. Then let them all fear next year!
I know, you only get 6, but I'd like to see Baylor and Louisville in that mix. Just because... and Md, because Brenda. Heck, I wish there was a way we could play all 63.

Whattsamatter U. I think that would attract the largest audience. Think of the possibilities for syndication, representation of the animal kingdom, and international players on both teams.
Bullwinkle would be hard to defend..antlers and all.

Depending on how the brackets work - my top choice is a FF with USF, DePaul, Marquette, and Uconn. Final would be Uconn v DePaul.
Take that P5!
I’m so grateful that there are some of us out there who can still dream big!

Rumor has it the Slime Sisters gave Geno this gift prior to Nika becoming the Starting Point Guard.

A glance at Charlie Creme's latest bracket, tells me that there are going to be some very competitive games beginning the second round. After the first game, some of the top seeds are going to see some real competition. In Creme's hypothetical bracket, UConn could face #9 Oregon St., #8 Syracuse, #4 Tennessee or #5 Gonzaga in the 2nd and 3rd round.

I can see some mild upsets if a lower seeded team comes out hot and catches the other team cold, or they come out tight. There will be some mild upsets. I almost guarantee that!! Who will be the first 1 seed to go down?

Arkansas-Well you know why
Louisville-I have family there
Arizona-Defense!
Maryland-Always love beating them
Iowa-Would be a fun game! P vs C

Well, if it wasn't a one and done tournament format, I personally would like to see UConn play all the top teams. How much fun would that be?
