I’m not big on Jody Hill and Danny McBride’s comedy work. I could never really get into Eastbound and Down and Vice Principals did even less for me. That said I’ll still give it a try as I like John Goodman (something tells me he dies early and leaves his empire to his sons to fight over) and Adam DeVine and the hypocrisy inherent in the subject is ripe for parody.
It’s gonna be interesting to see the actual mega churches reaction to this.
