The second OT finds the Mavs racing to a 101-94 lead with under 2 minutes remaining in 2OT.
Over the next 100 seconds Grace Gilmore puts the Leathernecks on her back out scoring the Mavs 8 - 2 to close the gap to 103-102 with 7 seconds remaining. Gilmore, who finished with 46 points, misses the game tying free throw, teammate Anna Deets misses 2 free throws in the action packed final 7 seconds and the Mavs hold on to win the thriller in Omaha.
Both teams shot over 50 per cent from the field, Mavs 59.1 per cent from beyond the arc.
