A great Netflix miniseries. We binge watched. Everyone I know who has seen it loves it. Who would think that a character study about an orphaned girl who becomes an international chess champ could be engrossing. But it is. Great acting, great writing, great pacing. The main character has issues galore. Like many series, get past the first episode. I won’t be shocked if this one is up for many awards.
