The blitzes are identified a year ahead of time and exposed, and running a sweep on 3rd and 1 is beyond pathetic. I'd expect HS coaches to even understand why you don't run a play that puts you at risk of being knocked out of field goal position. Pathetic. It really does get worse each week. I feel like crying right now. Yet another game where everything goes UConn's way and they have a freakin 7-0 lead. It's Iowa freakin State all over again. AAAAARRRRRGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

'Cuse safeties have no fear of McEntee...they're starting about 12 yards off the ball and creeping in (when they don't flat out blitz) on every snap....I'm an idiot but even I could think of a play or two that could keep them honest.

I'll put plenty of blame on the players, absolutely. Tackling and turnovers are functions of players not having enough pride in what they do. That said, I am constantly seeing the coaches not play to their strengths or put them in good positions. It's just hard to watch all over.
