So we are seeing an interesting situation with USA national team players in their return to the WNBA:
Seimone Augustus - 0 games missed
Sue Bird - 1+ games missed
Swin Cash - 0 games missed
Tamika Catchings - 0 games missed
Tina Charles - 0 games missed - one sub-par game
Sylvia Fowles - 1 game missed (yesterday)
Asjha Jones - all games missed - injured
Angel McCoughtry - 2 games missed and one sub-par
Maya Moore - 0 games missed
Candace Parker - 0 games missed
Diana Taurasi - most games missed
Lindsay Whalen - 0 games missed
Not sure I have everything correct above, but close.
So almost half of the team is having some issues coming back. Some physical issue and some mental.
I just think that month with Geno was not an easy month to deal with for any of the players. The MN trio are the one that stand out as the team has continued to play great and they are as well. LA is the only other team that is on a run with returning USA player(s).
