20 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 7-12 from the field, 5-7 on 3's.
18 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 7-11 from the field, 3-6 on 3's.
12 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 3-5 from the field, 2-3 on 3's.

Boy, what we wouldn't give for Hartley to play like this. But this Hartley is way too far gone to play like this again. At least this year. No way. Therefore, UConn can't win the NC.

I will now cry myself to sleep.

odds?

Greater than zero...don't be a pud...let's bear in mind that with KML, Stef and a suddenly reliable scorer in Kelly, the situation that existed for the last few years where Bria had to keep shooting even when she was off just isn't the case anymore. Now, there are a number of scorers on the floor, and usually one or more are having a good night. Part of why they can is that there are no positions that cannot hit an open shot. And, from what I've seen, Bria still attracts the defense...especially when she puts the ball on the floor. So she really doesn't need to put up gaudy numbers to make this team score more...she just needs to distort the defense and get the ball to one of the other scorers that can make other teams consistently pay for that distortion. And, if she gets neglected, she still has the ability to burn a team badly...if they do, you'll see those numbers again...I doubt it will happen tomorrow or anytime this year.

I don't get this thread; tongue in cheek?
After all the angst of today?
Just watched a replay of the game.
She was moving well, true, missed a lot of shots.
Tomorrow's another day.

doggydaddy's point is well taken:

20 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 7-12 from the field, 5-7 on 3's. Marquette 2/5/13 - 4 weeks ago
18 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 7-11 from the field, 3-6 on 3's. DePaul 2/10/13 - 3 weeks ago
12 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 3-5 from the field, 2-3 on 3's. Providence 2/12/13 - 3 weeks ago

The kid has battled back from a serious injury...albeit...she made it worse by playing while injured...she has taken a hit to her confidence...but Bria is a former All American; She was a prolific scorer in high school, in her first two years of college...the kid knows how to score. She may not achieve here All-American level of play this year...but the Bria who gives us three games like she has above in the month of February...ain't that bad...that kind of play when put up along side of KML's and Dolson's play of late and the Old Faithful kind of play you get from Faris night after night...should be enough to give just about every other team not named Baylor or Notre Dame fits.... Let's keep the faith here...we are coming into our favorite time of the year...let's enjoy these kids while we have them... Remember we will be losing Kelly Faris, Caroline Doty and Heather Buck in pretty short order here. a maximum of 10 more games and that is all she wrote... The sun will set on the UConn career of a very special player in Kelly Faris...1000 points, 750 rebounds, 500 assists and 250 steals. Her and Maya are the only two players to achieve such well rounded numbers. That really says something about how special Kelly is. Let's enjoy the season...send good energy to Bria and the team...we have a championship to win. GO HUSKIES!

Your "(what are the) odds?" comment just landed on the back of a lot of comments I found irritating...taken by itself it was an innocent question...my fault entirely and I apologize unreservedly...
