To be fair, I hate that coaches can call timeouts in between the two free throws. It's like icing the kicker in football. And the ref also iced Jalen on his first one too. He was blabbering on about something and Jalen's facial expression changed. I wonder what that idiot said to him...

I just punched "UCONN SMU score" into google and I got 28-49 and I said out loud "come on down 20 at half." Then I looked and it was the football score from this past season. How sad is that that I actually thought it was the halftime score.

I'm just going to get it back on record in the game thread now: we might still lose, but I caught a hell of a lot of crap from a hell of a lot of posters last week when I said that SMU was a similar team to us. I think the first half supported that statement, and hopefully I won't catch anymore crap... at least for that...

Gilbert would have made a huge difference on this team. Anderson should never play more than 10 minutes per game.

Please stop with this Gilbert stuff. He is done. He came with a preexisting injury and did not make a difference in any UConn game of which I am aware. This is all hyperbole.
