2 things need to change on in the 2nd half besides the obvious playing crappy and not shooting good:

1) Put someone at the high post when they're in a zone dammit, quite passing it around the fn top

2) When they're in a zone Samuel can NOT be in the game, we're too easy to guard then

Been yelling at the TV the whole time to put Omar or Dham at the high post like Deandre and Niels did for us last year.

Of all of the failing this season: poor foul shooting, giving up too many offensive rebounds, missed layups, etc., the lack of a backup point
guard is the most clearing. When TSam is in the game, the offense dies. No one gets open. It is four on five.

I'll be happy if we win 43-41.

But it absolutely kills me this program plays a style of play this ugly. Everything on the offensive end is a TITANIC struggle. You have to see it live to really experience it. Everything on the offensive end looks so awkward. You can see the indecision on at least 3 UConn players faces at all times. No confidence on offense.

I find it devastating that this program is struggling to beat these teams at home. These are decent teams at best we are facing. People speak down about the AAC all the time and here we are in another rock fight on our home court. Why are we at this point is the question?

We can't go 12-13 minutes without scoring (first 7+ mins & 5 mins near end of half) and get out rebounded by 15 in the first have & expect to be winning. They've got 11 offensive rebounds to 10 total rebounds. Luckily we're holding them to 30% shooting. Good thing we are only down 4. Need to limit their offensive rebounding since our overall defense has been fine. Hitting shots will help lots!
