[QUOTE="Deepster, post: 5282713, member: 25"] Went to the game last night with the 7 Line Army. Obviously not the outcome I wanted (I think I’m on a four game losing streak in person) but if you get the chance to go to a 7 Line event, you gotta go. They had the whole third floor of Lucky Strike reserved. They sold 1,000 tickets and it was bizzare seeing all those Mets fan in a Boston bar. Around 6:00, we gathered outside for a group picture with a really loud “Let’s go Mets” chant, then we all marched over to the park. The looks and comments from the Boston fans was hilarious. No idea what was going on. Everyone is super friendly and love sharing 7 Line stories or talking Mets. My daughter was blown away. And the “Let’s go Mets”, “Pete A-Lon-so” chants and signing “My Girl” was really loud. Anytime the Boston fans got ticked we started a “Yankees suck” chant and that pulled us together every time. As for Fenway? Wow. I hadn’t been there in a long time and it really needs to be rebuilt. It’s so uncomfortable and outdated it’s almost sad. I don’t want to hear about “nostalgia”. It’s not a good fan experience. See the picture attached of where our seats actually point. It’s ridiculous. All in all, even with the loss, it was a ton of fun and well well worth it.
